If you request cancellation after the order status has updated to "Shipped" or "In Transit," the package has already left the vendor's warehouse and is moving through the courier network. In this situation, you are responsible for the delivery charge incurred by the platform or vendor. You will receive a credit to your Yume Kaimono Wallet for the value of the product and the platform fee, minus the actual shipping cost that was paid to the courier. This is because the courier service has already expended resources to transport your package.
