As the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Yume Kaimono, Niloy Gazi provides the overarching strategic vision and leadership that guides the company's trajectory. He is the principal architect of the Yume Kaimono concept, having personally invested significant capital into the initial technology development to ensure the platform's infrastructure was robust and scalable from day one. Niloy's role encompasses high-level decision-making, long-term business strategy formulation, and ensuring that every operational facet of the company aligns with the core values of quality and customer trust. We understand that this model may result in a higher cumulative delivery charge when ordering from multiple sellers in a single session, and we want to be fully transparent about why we have chosen this path. Because each of our verified sellers is an independent business responsible for their own authentic inventory, packaging, and dispatch, a per-vendor shipping model ensures complete accountability and product integrity. When you order from Vendor A and Vendor B, the courier service (Steadfast Courier) makes two separate trips to two separate locations to collect packages that have been packed and sealed directly by those respective sellers. This process guarantees that the item you receive from Vendor A has been in the custody of only Vendor A and the courier, it has not been commingled, repackaged, or handled by an intermediary warehouse that could introduce errors or compromise authenticity.
This approach means you are receiving genuine items directly from specialized, trusted sources rather than from a mixed or uncertain centralized inventory.
