These logistics partners are obligated to use the provided information solely for the purpose of completing the delivery service and are required to adhere to their own privacy and data protection policies governing the handling of recipient information during transit. We engage certain trusted third-party service providers to perform specific functions on our behalf that are essential to the operation of the platform. Such safeguards shall include, at a minimum, maintaining secure login credentials for the vendor portal, ensuring that any devices used to access the portal are protected by up-to-date security software, and promptly notifying the Yume Kaimono administrative team in the event of any suspected or actual data breach that may have compromised customer information. The vendor shall immediately notify Yume Kaimono if they receive any direct communication from a customer whose data was provided through the platform, unless such communication pertains directly to the product or the delivery status of a specific order. The vendor's use of any third-party services, such as shipping software or accounting tools, that require access to Yume Kaimono customer data is subject to the prior written approval of the platform, and the vendor shall ensure that such third parties are bound by data protection obligations no less stringent than those set forth in this Privacy Policy. In the event that a vendor's relationship with Yume Kaimono is terminated for any reason, the vendor shall, upon the effective date of termination, securely dispose of or return to the platform all copies of customer personal data in their possession or control, and shall certify in writing that such data has been purged from their systems unless retention is required by applicable law.
